General
Documents are required for inspections that identify vehicle occupants. Intercity trips: full name and ID or CPF (Brazilian tax identification number). Interstate trips: full name, ID or CPF, plus a copy of the Identity Card or Passport (respectively). Failure to provide this information may prevent the trip and result in a legal fine.
Additional Information: For airport reception services, there is a 1 (one) hour waiting tolerance, counted from the moment the aircraft lands. After this period, an additional charge will be applied per hour of waiting, the specific value of which is stated on the service voucher according to the type of vehicle contracted.
For transfers to pre-established locations, the waiting tolerance is 30 (thirty) minutes. After this period, an additional charge will be applied as previously informed or subsequently communicated.
For services with available additional hours, the amount charged for each additional hour corresponds to 1/6 (one sixth) of the contracted daily rate.
For services with cancellation requests made up to 24 hours before the start of the service - No charge.
For services with cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the start of the service - A charge of 50% of the total estimated service cost will be applied. A no-show is considered to be the passenger's failure to appear.
In this case, the rule of charging 100% of the service cost and any applicable expenses applies.
